Often, when working with travel companies, the forms don't always clearly state what charges are being covered. For example, one form may list "room, tax, breakfast and fees, or if its 'All Charges" that understood, but when including breakfast only. We have to set up their reservations a certain way. Which leave me and staff guessing what to say on the reservations. To avoid confusion, it would be very helpful if travel companies were required to select from clear options. This extra step would ensure that travel companies are specific about what they are paying for, and it would create more transparency for both staff and guests.
