Search for a CC Auth with the Folder Name
Be able to search for CC Auths with the folder name we chose. Right now you have to search by email and that is more time consuming.

Francis Gerard Dizon MergedCurrently the search button/field is only for confirmation number.

I would like to request to have the search button updated so that we can filter/search by file name like the old version of the site.
Thank you. -

Benjamin Davis MergedOur workflow when sending CC auths is to input the confirmation number, guest name, and check-in date as the folder name. When we need to search for a Sertifi, we need to be able to search by the confirmation number in the folder name which is not currently possible.
2
Since the update to the new UI, admins are currently unable to locate Sertifis except with the signer's email which we often do not have access to, so it is currently very challenging to locate Sertifi files when we need to verify the information on them. -

Lisa MergedUnder view authorizations it comes up to search under confm nbr and does not give an option to search by (file name, now Folder Name). even under advanced it does not give this option. Also i do not see a "Folder Maintenance Page" to view the files/folders, i only see a "View Authorization" tab ? why is that?

Anonymous MergedThe functionality to search by file and folder name should be added. This should not have been removed.

Jennifer Mazzella MergedWe used to be able to search by file name. This platform only allows search by reservation details. We use Sertifi forms for F&B and they would not have a hotel confirmation# and I do not know the participant's e-mail address.

Robert MergedSome authorization forms do not have a confirmation number or first/last name. For example, group or meeting blocks. Allowing more search functionality to include a keyword field would make things a lot easier.

Yohana MergedEnable being able to search for payments autorization by folder name, filter by email takes a long time to find.

Many times clients do not complete the sertifi and we have to search the pending statuses by email and it takes a lot of time; The previous version did allow searching by folder name.
We hope solve it soon, thank you. -

Jenny Brackett MergedIf File is named a consecutive string of letters/numbers/symbols, you are unable to search individually for the words when combined
(EX: Smith/joe_080824_Marriott_Folio1234)
The above example is only searchable by Smith and everything in exact consecutive order. Sometimes it takes an hour or longer to try and find a file someone created for payment. -

Anthony Michals AdminThank you for your valuable feedback! We are excited to let you know that the ability to search for folders by their folder name has been added in a recent production release.
To use this feature, simply navigate to the "View Authorizations" page and select "Folder Name" from the dropdown menu in the search options. You can then enter the folder name in the search field to quickly locate it.
Additionally, if you'd like to set "Folder Name" as your default search criteria, click the gear icon next to the "View Authorizations" header. This will allow you to customize your default view and search options for a more seamless experience.
We hope this update simplifies your workflow and makes searching easier. Thank you again for your suggestion, and we look forward to hearing more ideas from you in the future! -
