Allow sending agreements and authorizations in the same folder/email

It would be awesome to send agreements and authorizations at the same time for groups that we know will be charge routing to a card or paying for an amenity such as the meeting room.

The requested functionality is currently available, depending on the portal's configuration and admin permissions. If the admin has access to the "Send Agreements" workflow under the Create New menu, they can send both an agreement and an authorization in the same folder. In the second step of the workflow, simply add both the agreement contract and the authorization form. The system will automatically create the authorization task for the guest to submit their credit card information. After sending the folder, the admin can find and manage it under the "View Agreements" page.
