Authorization form for same guest with multiple confirmation numbers/dates of stay

I have a guest that always books directly with our hotel and then his company has to send an credit card authorization form for each stay. He books multiple reservations for multiple dates, and has been doing so since 2020. It would be nice to be able to either have 1 folder for him and send each authorization form at the same time in what would be his folder with each separate authorization form for him, or to be able to just have 1 authorization form for all of his stays that would allow there to be multiple confirmation numbers, stay dates and that would be able to be edited if need be (as sometimes his reservations/stay dates/card information have to be changed last minute).
