Master CC on file for top accounts

Greetings Sertifi!
I wanted to ask/suggest is there a way to have master CC on file for a year for our clients, that will allow us to view the CC from our clients for the full year. We do not want to inconvenience our client by making them complete one for every guest every time when they are sending multiple rooms a month.
If there is a way, would you please provide me the how to.
