space to write information

Good morning , since a few months , our customers complaint about the lack of space(characters ALLOWED) to write their infos , most of them can only enter 7 characters per line on the document.

Hopefully you can look into this , since I am receiving a huge amount of calls back to tell me about this problem when they are filling up the document.
