ACCESS TO ALL SERTIFI FOLIOS FOR THE SAME PROPERTY

Sometimes the CC Authorization forms are sent from another associate or manager and when they add to the comments "cc authorization on file" we can't find it because we don't have access to the sertifi form they sent to the guest/company. It would be helpful if we had access to all those forms, specially when the manager/associate is not in for the day.
