Separate Tab for Travel Company Authorizations
Sertifi use to separate E-Confirmations that were sent by companies and not by the property. It is all now lumped into one area and can be missed.

We have included Travel Company Authorizations in the same view as other authorizations for a unified experience. Travel Company Authorizations will have a folder name of "Travel Company Authorization" and the source column will indicate "Travel Company". Authorizations sent from the property will display the entered folder name and "Authorization Form" in the source column.
To filter for Travel Company Authorizations, use the advanced search options: click the "advanced" button next to the "Search Confirmation #" field, uncheck all options except for "Travel Company" under the Source section, select the desired record statuses, and click "search". This will show all Travel Company Authorizations in the selected statuses for the specified timeframe.
