Add Company Name in Authorization forms

As a Director of Sales, it would be super helpful for me to be able to utilize Sertifi as a prospecting tool by including the company name as a field for clients to fill out when filling out the credit card authorization forms. I realize we can utilize the email address, but sometimes a personal email is used instead of company email address when clients fill out the form.

Our new eForm template includes the option to display a "Company Name" field on the authorization form. By default, this field is optional but can be set as required if needed.
