Include the folder names in the email subject lines
Currently, when I sent out contracts, all the emails have identical subject lines, which is confusing:
Our Company Name Documents for eSignature
or
You have been CC'd on a signature request by Our Company Name.
It would be much easier for everyone to follow (and search through) their emails if the subject lines could include the folder names, similar to your delivery receipt emails or the final emails sent, which include a copy of the signed documents.
Folder Name Documents for eSignature from Our Company Name
or
You have been CC'd on a signature request - Folder Name by Our Company Name
These are perfect as they are already:
Delivery Receipt For Folder Name
File Folder Name has been signed at Our Company Name
It would be greatly appreciated if you would consider this suggestion!

Anthony Michals Admin Merged PinnedSertifi is working on adding the email template for Credit Card Authorization Requests to the list of available email templates that can be edited within the portal. This will allow properties to customize these forms similarly to how they can edit other email communications with their customers. We’ll keep you updated on this enhancement as it becomes available. Since I send several credit card authorizations, it would be extremely helpful if we could include the Folder's Name in the Subject Line whenever a participant sends an email or makes a request. This would make it much easier for me to identify who I’m communicating with, as the subject line is currently the same for everyone.

Anonymous Mergedthe current email subject line says "__________ Documents for eSignature". I send Sertifi docs to the same customers multiple times a day and they complain that they get lost because they all have the same email subject line.
