Include the folder names in the email subject lines

Currently, when I sent out contracts, all the emails have identical subject lines, which is confusing:
Our Company Name Documents for eSignature
or
You have been CC'd on a signature request by Our Company Name.

It would be much easier for everyone to follow (and search through) their emails if the subject lines could include the folder names, similar to your delivery receipt emails or the final emails sent, which include a copy of the signed documents.

Folder Name Documents for eSignature from Our Company Name
or
You have been CC'd on a signature request - Folder Name by Our Company Name

These are perfect as they are already:
Delivery Receipt For Folder Name
File Folder Name has been signed at Our Company Name

It would be greatly appreciated if you would consider this suggestion!
